我把USB接口的dongle接在了板子上，板子识别到/dev/bus/usb/003/003这个设备，但是我的手机也搜不到这个蓝牙dongle，板子上跑的系统也是android，我要怎么做来初始化蓝牙，扫描，连接等等，是不是要给USB设备发命令来作这些工作，本人菜鸟一枚，请教大神给个思路，谢谢
