CC2540DK-MINI 发射功率能调吗？如何设置？

我的KEYFOB里面装的是CC2540MiniDkDemoSlave.hex，然后我的手机装的是TI ble Multitool,然后进行测试，但那个发射功率好难测，只有0dbm,和6dbm两个，是跳跃变化的，为什么，能设置发射功率吗？还有C:\Texas Instruments\BLE-CC254x-1.4.0\Projects里面的项目要怎么用的？
