CC2540中，Master模式如何链接Slave？

各位大虾：

以SimpleBLECentral作为基础，让CC2540做为MasterMode发送链接信号。

现在的问题是：能找到Slave的地址信息(BTool工具上的Salve BDA)，但是调用 GAPCentralRole_EstablishLink()之后却链接不上Slave，返回bleNotReady(0x10)状态，

请问这是什么原因？如何解决？
