目前在开启POWER_SAVING时，在链路阶段有点不大稳定，有时候会连接中断。
请问下是不是外部晶振的不准确？
通常连接中断时gapTerminateLinkEvent_t的消息通常返回的是0x3F

根据CC2540的数据手册，晶振频率精度应该在 -40~40 ppm范围内
这么严格的晶振不好找吧。32K 的 -40~40ppm 频偏只有2Hz不到？
