请问TI工程师，cc2540使用时 DMA 做uart接收时，设定的接收长度128，收到这么多才产生中断，但是实际应用时数据长度是不确定的，通常到不了128，
怎么才知道收了多少字节呢？
if (!HAL_UART_DMA_NEW_RX_BYTE(dmaCfg.rxHead)) 这一行代码如何理解？
