我调函数 HCI_EXT_SetTxPowerCmd（txpwr）， 参数txpwr 范围本来是0～3，但是我 用0xff 做参数，函数还是返回success，
请问还有他方法设置功率吗？怎么读出实际的发射功率啊？

只有这一个方法来设置发射功率。
可以通过HCI_ReadRssiCmd读出RSSI
