我在用BLE-CC254x-1.4.0，调试串口时碰到问题：

1、打开串口：NPI_InitTransport(NULL); NULL对吗？ 若不对，应该是什么参数？

2、调用NPI_WriteTransport发送数据，有时可以，有时不行，什么原因？
