我参照TI的参考电路设计了一个CC2541的测试板，天线部分的电容分别用的是18pf,1.8pf,电感全部用的是2.0nH,不知道这样对不对，现在全部器件焊接好后，蓝牙搜索不到，2541是不是还要烧录程序才能工作 ？不需要的话，难道我的设计不对？
