最好能用中文回复，英文的有时候翻译的不是很好
因为我们的客户不一定是中国人，还有，有些英文文献的资料就直接复制了
我的意思是如果客服是中国人，就不要用英文回复了，大家都是中国人就都用中文，文献资料哪个没关系，想想不是中国人的客户应该也不会看中文的帖子吧，没必要用英文的，他们会找英文的帖子去看
