关于CC254x传输数据是否成功

请问TI的工程师，cc254x在传输数据的时候，在发送数据的时候会调用GATT_Indication( connHandle, pNoti, FALSE, taskId )这个函数，

我想要确认这个函数返回true的条件，是不是在通信的对方真正收到数据的时候才会返回true，是不是在收到对方的确认信息之后才会认为发送成功了。
