ADVERTISING_INTERVAL 例程上面是 100ms ，我设置成10ms之后，simpleBLEPeripheral 就一直处于init状态了，这个间隔的范围是多少？为什么设置短了会一直处于init状态呢？
Advertising Interval can be any amount of time between 20ms and 10.24s. 可以参考附件文档，同时这里有很多资料，
