cc2564如何去掉CTS和RTS

Dear TI

         1. 我们按照cc2564SPEC中所描述的power up时序和bluetopia Hardware Porting Guidelines已经配置了管脚，但是发现HCI_RTS端的管脚一直是高，没有拉低！

        2.   这是CC256x的SPEC，我们看到CC2564B可以采用H5 Protocol ，也即三线UART，所以是可以去掉RTS和CTS的。请问该怎么去掉啊？
