你从这边可以看到simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_6_40_00_13 sdk支持的IAR的版本，请尝试更换IAR版本。
必须版本跟release一样吗？我用的高版本不行吗？
您这边先可以尝试一下release的版本，如果使用该版本没有问题，那么就是你的高版本出现问题了。这边建议做开发的话您可以优先选择ccs进行。
