买了一套CC2540DK-Mini，有几个问题

1.keyforb连接电池后一直蜂鸣，这是否正常，按两个按键任意一个，先绿灯后红灯

2.看说明默认没有软件，需自己烧写，但是使用自带的CC Debugger不能识别到芯片，keyforb及dongle均如此，已经连接电源，接口确认正确
