ble设备回复central scan操作的时候调用的是哪个API？
是这个吗 gapRole_ProcessGAPMsg，里面没有啊？
如果central处于scan模式，而peripheral在广播时，central会自动收到peripheral的scan response，无须调用API。
我是说 peripheral 相应 central的扫描操作调用哪个，不是说central相应peripheral 的广播
