CC2541跑1.4.0蓝牙协议栈，芯片不工作，请教。

学生一枚，之前有玩过zigbee。最近想玩玩蓝牙。。。用的是Keyfob-Schematic里的电路。但只是用了下图那部分，还有两个灯，两个按键。其它的没用到。

但，把协议栈KeyFob全程编译烧进板子上运行不起来。手动写一个让LED灯闪烁的程序，烧进去就能运行。这是什么原因呀？谢谢。
