我使用SimpleGATTProfile中的CHAR1作为串口接收，CHAR4作为串口发送。CC2540接收到来自MCU的数据就通过GATTNotification（）发给CHAR4，想问下，如果MCU传来的数据带有1位校验位，无线发送时CC2540是自动取消校验位的吗？

你说的1位校验位是指MCU和2540的UART通信中的校验位吧？如果是，那么这个校验位跟空中的数据无关，只是UART通信的校验。
BLE空中的包也是会有CRC校验的，这个是底层自动完成的，不需要在应用层做什么。
