但用PACKET SNIFFER去看是一樣的

sniffer 接收的應該是廣播數據。
你貼的multitool 顯示的數據，貌似是個UUID。。。
UUID是每个芯片自带的吗?
我下载同样程序到不同的芯片BLE multi tool颢示的都不一样
