1， 是的，最终产品都需要认证，虽然TI 的芯片已经过了认证。你的产品必须去测profile 和 RF。
2， 可以参考sensorTag的例子，这个TI 的产品是过了认证的，你可以从SIG 的官网上搜索到，作为参考。
