用CC2540的Dongle和CC2540芯片的耳机连线的时候，连接上后过几秒钟自动断开连接

如果是，你的CC2540 芯片的耳机，代码里面是否有timer 在计时，一定时间没操作，就断开呢？
用packet sniffer 抓包看看是怎么断开的。
另外，能问一下，是什么类型的耳机吗？带低功耗蓝牙？
