请问如何使主机在没有扫描到从机的情况下一直处于扫描状态，有没有好办法。

就一直扫描呗，没啥特别啊，不要设定时器去停止扫描就行。

主机扫描结束后，应用层任务会收到响应的事件通知。
你可以在这个事件通知的处理中重新开启扫描，这样就实现了循环扫描了。
不过我个人不太建议这么做，因为扫描功耗很高，不同于从机的广播。
