BTOOL能扫描到板子并给连接通信，但是手机扫描不到板子，这会是中心频率偏移引起的吗？广播信道的中心频率应该是多少呢
确认一下手机支持的蓝牙是否是ＢＬＥ４.０，跟ＢＴ４.０不同
我用5s装的light blue，手机可以扫描到另一块写了同样程序的开发板，就是扫描不到自己的板子

请参考2541对频偏的需求，还有你的晶振的datasheet.
