ble central 必须要先扫描再建立连接吗？

central 第一次扫描后发现 peripheral 后，我断开连接（peripheral直接断电），然后并未扫描就之间establish link成功，我的问题是每次建立连接前都需要重新扫描吗？如果不是的话，是连接并未断开？还是二者之间一直维持着连接？
