在Halsleep这个函数里，有调用 LL_PowerOnReq( (halPwrMgtMode == CC2540_PM3), wakeForRF ) 这个函数，请问，这个函数是不是会把32Mhz的晶振给打开，
让整个系统选择这个晶振工作？
