从TI的官方网站上下载了CC2541_CC2590评估板的原理图和PCB图，具体文件为CC2541_CC2590_EM.pcb。
但是，通过Altium Designer 9.0 和 Express PCB两个软件都无法打开，请问应当使用什么软件呢？？
PS：具体是在Win7环境下运行。

那个文件是空的，打开是空文件
其实后缀为csa和cpa的才是真正的原理图和PCB图，将这两个文件拖至Altium Designer 9.0 中，会自动转码，最后生成schdoc文件和PCbdoc文件。

TI的设计文件一般是采用CADSTAR设计的
