一个电阻应变式压力传感器，满量程输出10mV左右，不经过运放，直接接到CC2541的AD口，能不能实现粗略（5%左右的精度）的压力值显示？
OSAL有提供接口，HalAdcRead，具体精度可以查看cc2540手册来配置
10mV需要放大才能用CC2541的AD！
盼望TI能把CC25xx的ADC升级到24bit，这样才能更好的满足实用时模拟量的精确测量。
CC2541ADC大概不行，CC2540 ADC+OPA大概也不行，噪声和干扰比较麻烦，不过你可以先试试看。
用独立的ADC性价比最好的就是HX711模块（24位7元）网上有很多的例子。1kg可以精确到g。
