不好意思，特征值是FFF4
向handle 0x002F写入0x01，可以是使能通知功能，写入00，禁止通知功能。禁止之后就不会自动发特征值char4了
谢谢shen renren的指教，在事件函数里屏蔽osal_start_timerEx( keyfobapp_TaskID, SBP_PERIODIC_EVT, SBP_PERIODIC_EVT_PERIOD );就可以了。
