connected后主从机就可以收发数据了，那么为什么还要配对呢？只是为了安全么？
举个例子：
characteristic value的权限属性可以设置为"GATT_PERMIT_AUTHEN_READ"（认证可读）...
也就是说只有配对成功的设备才能访问该数据。
