第一次用CC2541，外面有IIC的芯片。
在进入待机状态时，芯片管脚能电平能选择吗，高电平还是低电平？IIC的两个上拉电阻是否有功耗的影响呢。数据手册中找了好长时间也没找到，请大家指点下
单片机默认是高电平的，可以设置，IIC模式下拉低会增大功耗，内置20K电阻；配置成GPIO的话高低电平对功耗没有影响。建议搜一下CC254x用户手册或者CC253x用户手册
进入待机状态时保持原来的状态！IIC总线空闲的时候是高电平！
