CC2540通过TXPOWER寄存器来设置蓝牙的发射功率？

通过HCI_EXT_SetTxPowerCmd()函数设置，不过只有-23dbm, -6dbm, 0 dbm, +4dbm四个级别
可以解释一下，设置发射功率是通过设置电流 还是电压，有或者是频率么，就是说是通过设置电流 或者是电压参数来改变发射功率的吗？
