看一下你的IAR设置里面，post-build action是否和TI的OAD guide有不一样？

把这个勾去掉就可以了
此种方法在有些时候可行，有些时候不可行，根据国外大牛人的说法，是因为工程与TI的协议栈软件没有在同一个盘里造成的
简单的方法就是直接拷贝到协议栈那个盘里
