uint16 Hal_UART_RxBufLen ( uint8 port );返回接收字符的长度cnt，HalUARTRead ( uint8 port, uint8 *pBuffer, uint16 length )也会返回接收字符的长度cnt, 同时还有一个参数length，这两个cnt和length的长度有什么区别么？
