想购买CC2564的问题

本人是学生，
之前有购买CC2540（BLE）小型开发包来做编程学习
但现在看了CC2564（BT+ BLE），这个功能比较强些的双模式晶片，
想购买来开发做学习，在网上看到了EZ430-RF256x

這個裡面附有PAN1323(CC2560)模塊,這個模塊是可自己拆換成PAN1326(CC2564)模塊嗎?還是已經封死了?
或者有没有像CC2540 USB软件狗只要接上的debuger+转接就可以烧入程序的开发工具包呢？
