CC2642R: 不通SDK版本编译警告问题

Hi all：

        我使用 simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_6_40_00_13 该版本SDK修改后的工程，在SDK版本升级到 simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_7_10_01_24 之后，编译出现了一个警告，具体内容是 #10247-D creating output section ".ramVecs" without a SECTIONS specification，这是什么原因导致的，应该如何去修改。
