关于keyfob工程低功耗

你好，我发现keyfob工程在option里面是没有设置power_saving的，请问一下该工程是是怎么进入低功耗的？ 

osal_pwrmgr_device( PWRMGR_BATTERY );和osal_pwrmgr_powerconserve();，这两个函数有什么区别吗，我打开了osal_pwrmgr_device( PWRMGR_BATTERY )好像也不会进入低功耗，求解？？？
