CC2541能在不连接的情况下，读取RSSI吗？

主从连接后，我现在可以在主设备端读取到RSSI了。但是不连接情况下该怎么读呀？    我从pEvent->deviceInfo这个结构体中读取的rssi一直是4，感觉不太对。
因为，如果同时扫描到了多个从设备，那这个 pEvent->deviceInfo应该是那台设备呢？
