程序初始化的时候会把P0.2，P0.3两个引脚初作为 TX/RX 。但我想在程序运行后通过中断的方式来实现把这两个引脚重新设置成普通的输入引脚。不知该要怎么处理？

你可以在中断里面重新配置这两个口的输入输出特性。
嗯，在进入中断后，接受完相应的数据，然后改变成普通IO口，设置方法参见CC254x user's guide 或者CC253x 用户指南中的管脚配置。
由于CC254x的IO脚相对较少，可以这样做，但来回切换要仔细验证可靠性。
