想问下CC2541是怎么搭建通讯平台的，又是怎么实现通讯功能的？

CC254x是蓝牙BLE芯片，可以运行蓝牙协议栈实现标准的蓝牙4.0通讯。官网有开源的协议栈和参考设计。
