1. 我peripheral使能power-saving，发现central去连peripheral常常连接失败，而且central也不容易搜到peripheral。如果去掉power-saving，搜索和连接的成功率都很高。我想知道原因。
2.我想解决这个问题，在central向peripheral发起连接，peripheral收到GAPROLE_CONNECTED事件后，让peripheral退出power-saving模式，不知道使用哪个api可以实现。
