RSSI的读取 & 移动中测RSSI

大家好，

我使用的是 BLE-CC254x-1.4.0中的 SimpleBLECentral 和 SimpleBLEPeripheral 的例程

1、请问RSSI的获得到底是谁给谁发的数据包？（从机给主机？）

2、为何我用TI官方的开发板（两个）分别烧录以上两个例程后，移动主机，主机测得的RSSI的值不改变？
