现在有如下要求： 同一个设备，广播内容是快速变化的（变化很频繁），监控端需要捕获到几乎每次的广播数据。想问有没有可以 更新scan 的 API 。（现在快速的开关scan 导致很多时候 scan没有打开或者没有扫描到），急待解决！

要更新scan 参数，你必须先关闭scan，重新设置参数，然后再打开，没有其他办法。
就是说，Observer 端 要想监控到 boardcast 端的不同广播内容，需要频繁的开关scan。 我想问sniffer 是怎么实现的？
