我的问题是，当主机使能某一特征值时候，从机能不能知道主机使能是那个特征值
肯定可以知道啊， 可以根据 handle来判断是哪个
1、如果主从双方已约定好，则可以直接通过handle值来配置
2、如果没有，则主机可以通过 查看character的属性，然后根据handle来配置
