这个是针对当前工程设置的，是保存在工程目录下的.syscfg，LP_EM_CC2340R5.syscfg.json是SDK中的，修改.syscfg并不会对其产生影响。
这个不会只是一个基准文件吧。我后面用到的时候再验证。
