1.BLE做OTA升级，通过串口向flash 0x00000000地址开始写入bin文件数据
2.352K bin文件写入结束后，重新启动BLE
3.通过串号向BLE发送信息，无任何回复
4.再次使能SBL，重启BLE后，串号发送升级请求，无任何回复
