BLE CC2540主动向iphone发起连接并自动打手机上已安装的APP 。
作为center模式下，能主动发起连接，但这需要iphone这边做相应设置
至于如何自动打开app，则是ios编程的问题了

BLE CC2540为Center时是可以发起连接，但是iphone要怎么设置为Peripheral呢，并且在APP没有打开时响应CC2540模块的连接请求？ 自动打开APP，是BLE CC2540向Peripheral发起请求吗？
