您可以下载 新release的针对CC2640的BLE stack， BLE-STACK V2 (Support for CC2640/CC2650)， 链接如下：

下载安装完之后，可以在安装路径下找到CC26xx的OAD user guide，默认路径如下：
C:\ti\simplelink\ble_cc26xx_2_00_00_42893\Documents
