CC2642R: 2642通过connection monitor上报RSSI频率太低

CC2642在广播阶段，被移动设备连接后，将连接参数串口发送给connect_monitor,开启监控后监控的数据中信号值一直为7F问题，只有信道值是有效的？
广播角色和监控蓝牙连接使用的都是CC2642，应该可以兼容，
在CC2642作为扫描的时候与设备蓝牙连接，并将连接参数发送给监控设备，是可以实时监控连接参数的
但是反过来CC2642作为广播，被移动终端连接后，同样的流程，蓝牙连接的监控设备返回的数据中RSSI值一直为7F，且输出一段数据后，将停止监控
