CC2640可以使用JTAG模式和cJTAG模式调试，但仿真器必须用XDS100v3或者XDS200。
如果我想使用J-Link作为仿真器，应该可以使用JTAG模式，但能否像STM32一样，使用SWD模式调试？

CC26xx does not support SWD. cJTAG (2-pin JTAG) can be used, but this is only supported by XDS debuggers.

你好，请问一下，有时候我用XDS debuggers调试的时候，PLASH Program经常会读不到芯片的信息，或者是读取到芯片的信息了但是不能读取到FLASH，请问一下这是什么情况?已经排除了焊接的问题~~
