如题，如何关闭UART实现低功耗。在UART的实验里，需要在预处理设置HAL_UART=TRUE,同时设置XPower_saving.这样一设置后串口将一直打开，电流8mA。

而现在我想通过按键关掉串口，如何编码实现？（关掉串口，必须保证电流降至广告模式下，即uA级别）。
