感谢您对TI产品的关注！关于你的咨询，CC2340R5可以通过串口升级固件。 CC2340R5支持通过串行引导加载程序（Bootloader）进行固件升级，类似于CC2642的处理方式。用户可以使用CCS（Code Composer Studio）将固件烧写到LP-XDS110 + LP-EM-CC2340R5 EVM板上，或者通过UART进行编程。
